Les Miserables is the BEST!!!

Les Miserables is my favorite show! I've seen it about 7 - 10 times and am never disappointed. The actors did an incredible job. The songs are beautiful and beautifully done. The songs were crystal clear! My favorite songs were "Stars" sung by Javert, "On My Own" sung by Eponine, and "Bring Him Home" sung by Valjean. Les Miserables also has THE BEST story line and content of them all; i.e. law vs. grace! My only concern is that over the years the tweaks to the story have introduced a few more risque moments that I found unnecessary outside the Thenardiers at the inn early on with "Lovely Ladies". The risque scenes that I found unnecessary were at the barricades where the students teased Marius and the Thenardiers at the feast. Both scenes have upped the amount of sexual innuendo that I found unnecessary. These additional risque parts will make it difficult to make the show a great family outing with younger children. By the way, I think the actor who played Javert was excellent and his singing of "Stars" was outstanding!
